We worked together with Royal Power Solutions to develop a full Greenfield investment in Queretaro, Mexico. We sorted out their actual 85,000 f2, building and key suppliers to start operations, As well, helped on the State Government relationship and other legal entities to facilitate the project landing.
Royal Power Solutions is a leading global supplier of high-precision, critical electrical connectivity components for automotive and industrial applications and we are proud to be part of their story.
We work together with our client to develop, commercialize and manage their world class 15,500 f² (14,400m²) Industrial Multi-Tenant building in Central Mexico. CAPI focuses on a specific industrial niche of 8,600 f² (800m²) minimum manufacturing space.
We helped MINO on their start up strategy assessing, risk, potential locations for their 12 Acres (5 Mexican Hectares) of land and 84,000f² (7,800m²) of production area. As well, we helped out to sort Red Tape with local and State Authorities, alongside with the needed PR for negotiations aiming to obtain production Economic Incentives.
